Relying on a combined experience of over 60 years, the two founding Directors of the Sunwest Properties group have instilled in the company management expertise in all areas of real estate, development and marketing.
Since its humble beginnings in 1987 Sunwest Properties has chosen South-East Queensland as the primary focus for its sales. Sunwest Properties has been involved in many successful subdivisions (both large and small) in most growth areas of the South-East including the Shires of Brisbane, Beaudesert, Gold Coast, Noosa, Caboolture, Pine Rivers, Caloundra, and Logan.
Sunwest Properties is a licensed real estate agent in good standing with the Real Estate Institute of Queensland (REIQ) of which it is a member, and the Auctioneers and Agents section of the Queensland Government.
Under the ever watchful eye of the Directors and Sales Manager, our specialised sales staff, are well trained, friendly, and highly motivated individuals with many years of experience between them.
